A patrol officer’s therapy dog, on the other hand, would be the last to expect to see doing just that.

However, this dog in Franklin, Massachusetts, chose to prove to do incorrect.

The Franklin Police Force collected items for the Santa Charity, a local facility that assists individuals truly in need, especially in the days of important holidays.

Authorities were astonished to learn that some gathered toys had simply disappeared, so they proceeded to look into it.

That toy robber was Ben, the department’s therapy dog, who’d been supposed to be guarding them.

Furthermore, the 12-month Golden Retriever was found to be guilty, while one of the policemen videotaped the entire thing.

“When Ben have seen the toys, he assumed they were all his,” Deputy Chief James Mill informed the news.

Fortunately, the police started sharing the amusing photos of their audience.

After all, they couldn’t hide their delight when they caught Ben there in the act.

Detective Cusson may be heard saying, “You are irreplaceable.”

“I believe Ben’s manager, Policeman Jamie Mucciarone, realized what was going on when 2 toys appeared beneath his chair, and this is where Ben usually sleeps,” detective Jonson continued.
