Asher, a 5-month-old dog, was rescued when his previous owner fastened his paw to a restroom door.

People couldn’t believe their ears whenever anyone contacted the dog shelter for assistance. Considering his discomfort, the puppy was incredibly sociable.

Animal activists seem to be doing everything they could to assist him in healing, although he has a long journey ahead of him. Fortunately, his tormentor is receiving what he deserved.

Jerdo, Tyler Austin’s pet, locked himself in a bathroom. It’s unknown why, but he used a power drill to fasten the helpless dog’s front legs to the door.

When deputies arrived on the scene, they discovered that the bathroom door was being kept by a birdbath, a heating and cooling machine, as well as some weightlifting equipment.

The first screw was removed by rescuers, but the other nail was so badly stuck in the paw which the dog would have to be dragged off it. Jerdo resisted arrest when cops attempted to apprehend him.

He escaped by headbutting one of the cops, however he has now been apprehended again.

Jerdo was charged with animal cruelty, assaulting a police officer, and manufacture of cocaine with intent to supply. Bond was refused to him.

Asher was upbeat from the start at the shelter.

The shelter’s director, Holly Wise, was concerned that another one of its legs was not mending properly. His damage is more serious than the shelter can handle.

As a result, Asher is now residing at Escaped in SC. They provided their help as early as kindergarten in his narrative, despite not knowing how severe his condition was.

Before looking for a loving home, the puppy must complete all of his medical treatment.

Both agencies will keep his supporters up to date on his progress and will tell them when he is available for adoption.
