Paul Barton is a pianist from Yorkshire, England.

After graduating he started his career as concert pianist, but soon he understood that that’s not for him!

He made up his mind to rescue elephants using his talent.

The musician decided to go to Thailand and start rescuing elephants at a sanctuary.

In his experience he saw blind children transforming their lives through music.

That’s why he decided to test it on blind elephants.

He played compositions of various musicians such as Bach, Beethoven and Schubert.

It’s so encouraging and admiring to see elephants enjoying the music of famous compositions.

While playing music he creates a special strong bond with elephants.

He created bonds with lots of elephants who escaped from logging industry which is now forbidden in Thailand.

Mongkol is an elephant who was rescued from captivity. He used to take heavy trees for a logging company.

Now while walking he stops by the piano as if waiting for the composer to come and play for him.

It’s so admiring to see elephants fall in love with classical music!
