Heartwarming moment two widowed penguins comfort each other under the Melbourne skyline

Some very cute photos of two penguins seeking solace in each other beneath the Melbourne cityscape have sparked an online sensation.

Tobias Baumgartner, a landscape photographer, noticed the sweet moment and wanted to catch the wonderful images on video.

However, I have to say, I never saw anything prettier in a long time.

According to the shooter, a now photograph depict two windowed penguins embracing each other after they had lost their mates.

The photographer captured the two small creatures having a sweet moment under Melbourne’s “glowing brightly” in a perfectly timed picture.

Tobias Baumgaertner, who spent a weekend with the penguin population in a Melbourne neighborhood of St Kilda, or a nature initiative, claimed he learned about some of these two birds’ story through a helper.

“The manner these two lovebirds looked after each other separated out from the rest of the colony.”

“While everyone else was asleep or running around, the two would just stand there for a while and enjoy every moment they had with each other, clutching one another in the flipper and conversing about penguin matters,” Tobias said on Facebook.

Even while its sweetness cannot be denied, it isn’t the first place where two penguins have taken the social media by storm without their romance.

A bird pair grabbed everybody’s heart a few years ago after a video of them wandering down to the sea while clutching their flippers went viral.
