A runaway horse is saved from a dangerous freeway by a courageous 16-year-old girl

A courageous adolescent has been praised as a hero after she saved a horse that had strayed on a major freeway in Maryland.

So when the escaped animal was spotted, a 16-year-old lady with her pony were preparing to perform in a horse demonstration.

She moved forward without hesitation and led the animal to freedom. The spectacular rescue was captured on the photos.

Caroline Shoults with her rescued animal, Tinkerbell, stood waiting again for a riding exhibition to begin at De Novo Fields in Anne Arundel District.

While one of the animals bolted from the stable and ran directly into a major street.

This young girl understood the fugitive horse was in serious danger and decided to save him. Julia Young, a 13-year-old lady in the bleachers, captured the scene on her smartphone.

Jeanette Newland subsequently published the photos on Social media.

Caroline with Tinkerbell pursued the fleeing horse down the roadway for nearly 3 kilometers. Meanwhile, other riders pitched in to assist with the evacuation.

They were driving their automobiles near to the horses to discourage other drivers from approaching too.

Fortunately, the escaped horse called Ice was returned safely to the stables, and, most importantly, no one was injured!

Nonetheless, it was an eye-opening event for everybody engaged.
