A lion and a white tigress are falling in love and abandon the zoo altogether

When it concerns non-regular relationships, particularly between distinct mammals, the Natural World never ceases to astonish.

A lion having a relationship with a tigress, on the other hand, would be the last thing that comes to mind, yet that’s precisely what this love tale is about!

This unique and differed couple’s existence was not always simple.

Cameron, the male lion, as well as Zabu, this same white lady tigress, were kept in a cage in a New England zoo park with the intent of breeding and giving birth to ligers (such a hybrid of white lions as well as tigers).

Luckily, they were saved and recovered. Things seemed bleak for them at the moment.

Cameron was about 200 pounds underweight for just a man his age, and Zabu had a hereditary disease.

According to Big Cat Sanctuary, they are now secure and improving their lives.

“When Zabu with Cameron were saved, we built a big natural cage for the pair of them to share because they are genuinely attached as a pair,” the rescue organization said on social media.

Briefly after, the gorgeous lion lost his hair, but now at least he had the opportunity to leave gladly next to his sweetheart.

“Cameron’s demeanor has lightened tremendously, and he appears to be much more at ease in the humid Florida months, even without an additional 15 pounds of fur over his neck.”

“He’s even gotten a lot more lively since he’s not worried about anything happening on around his cage,” the rescue organization stated.
